Pixelreel is a client delivery platform for wedding videographers and photographers. It lets studios create branded portals where couples can watch, download, review, and share their wedding films and photos.
By creating an account or using Pixelreel in any way, you agree to these terms.
Pixelreel is intended for professional wedding videographers, photographers, and other wedding creatives delivering media to clients. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not share your account with others, resell access to Pixelreel, or use Pixelreel to build a competing product.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at chad@pixelreel.io.
You retain full ownership of everything you upload or link to through Pixelreel — your studio branding, video links, photos, and couple information.
By using Pixelreel, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and deliver that content on your behalf for the purpose of operating the platform.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload or link to, including obtaining model releases and music licences for your films where required.
We do not claim ownership of your content. We will not use your films, couple names, or delivery data for our own marketing without your explicit permission.
Pixelreel does not host video files directly. Films are delivered via Vimeo or YouTube links that you provide. You are responsible for maintaining access to those video links for the duration of the portal access window. If a video link expires or is removed from Vimeo or YouTube, Pixelreel cannot restore it.
Pay Per Reel: A one-time fee per delivery. No subscription required.
Studio and Studio Pro: Monthly or annual subscriptions billed in advance. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
Summer launch pricing: Promotional prices locked in at signup are honoured for the life of your subscription, as long as your subscription remains active without lapsing.
Founding Member: If you joined under the Founding Member offer (code FOUNDING), your Studio Pro access is free for life, as long as your account remains in good standing.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your account may be downgraded or suspended.
Couple portals remain active for the duration set at the time of delivery:
After the access window expires, the portal becomes inactive. Studios may offer couples the option to extend access for a fee through the Portal Extension feature.
Pixelreel will make reasonable efforts to maintain portal availability throughout the access window. However, we do not guarantee indefinite availability.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon closure, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. In most cases we will give you notice first.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelreel and Chad Giesbrecht are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including loss of data, loss of revenue, or missed deliveries.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to Pixelreel will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Pixelreel and Chad Giesbrecht harmless from any claims, losses, or damages — including legal fees — arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Pixelreel after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
